Most of us spend hours sitting: at work, in the car, or in front of a computer raising the risk of back pain, sciatica, neck and upper limb problems as a result. Our daily lifestyle is now much more sedentary and our joints and muscles take a lot of strain from poor posture and sitting positions.

We take a full assessment of your current physical state and offer advice based on the lifestyle information you give us and our clinical findings.

What does treatment involve?

We educate on how to identify risks within your work environment that may cause current or future health problems, or may reduce work performance. We give clear and straightforward tips and practical recommendations to improve your work station layout and how to improve your posture to reduce discomfort and pain.
