Read about Pippa

Pippa graduated from university in 1993 with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy. With many years of clinical experience she is able to diagnose and offer appropriate advice on the management of a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints.

As well as working in the NHS as a Senior Physiotherapist in outpatients, Pippa has worked in private practice for many years, being based at The Park Club since 2002. She has excellent working relationships with local GPs and consultants and as such, treats both members and non-members of the club at the physiotherapy clinic. Her presence at The Park Club has been instrumental in directing her professional development towards the rehabilitation of sporting Injuries. She works with both high level athletes and on a day to day basis with members of the public both in and out of the gym setting.

Pippa`s philosophy is that sporting physiotherapy is most effectively utilized by people who seek early advice when pursuing their interest in health and wellbeing through exercise and gym attendance. She positively encourages individuals to take responsibility for their own rehabilitation through understanding why their problems arise, how they can be prevented and what can be done to avoid relapse.

Pippa works alongside Tom Jacobs who also specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy as a self-employed associate.
